Refund policy

We take our customer care very seriously here at GOLDHAUS and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not fullfilled as expected please email us at info@shopgoldhaus.com and a real human with a great big heart will straighten things out. We want you to love our products as much as we do so we handle each return with care.

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from GOLDHAUS and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

Please note that we only accept items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, contain stains or odors, not/or if tags have been removed.


Damages and issues

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your shipment or cannot be returned. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Incase you were sent the wrong size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us an email with a subject line "Exchange". Please explain the item you received and the item you wish to purchase. Upon approval, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received, inspected + approved of full refund at GOLDHAUS HQ.


Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopgoldhaus.com, please specifying a reason for your return. After your return is accepted, please click on Returns Center and follow the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please keep your proof of shipping and/or tracking number when returning items. 

GOLDHAUS is not liable for any returned packages that become lost or stolen in-transit, and such initiated returns that become lost or stolen in transit cannot be refunded. 

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. 

All return packages much include order packing slip clearly indicating which items are being returned.
