Shipping policy
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
We are offering expedited domestic shipping through UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, or other factors outside of our control.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
All orders ship from GOLDHAUS Headquarters located in Central Florida. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday. During high volume periods, seasonal sales or the holiday season, processing time may increase. Typically UPS delivers shipments within 3-6 business days.

We take our customer care very seriously here at GOLDHAUS and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason your order is not everything you had hoped for please email us at info@shopgoldhaus.com and a real human with a great big heart will straighten things out. We want you to love our products as much as we do so we handle each return with care.
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from GOLDHAUS and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.
Please note that we only accept items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, contain stains or odors, or if tags have been removed.
*Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
