Returns Policy
Please note that we only accept items in their original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, contain stains or odors, and/or tags have been removed.
To initiate a return, email us at info@shopgoldhaus.com specifying a reason for return.
All return requests must be approved first. Once approved, we will email you a fully paid for "return label" to ship back to us via UPS.
Items must be received at GOLDHAUS HQ within 7 days of your original delivered date. "No exceptions".
All return packages much include order packing slip clearly indicating which items are being returned.
Please keep your proof of shipping and/or tracking number when returning items.
GOLDHAUS is not liable for any returned packages that become lost or stolen in-transit, and such initiated returns that become lost or stolen in transit cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received, inspected + approved of full refund at GOLDHAUS HQ.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
